In 2008 Northrop Grumman gave $18.8 million in total philanthropic donations through their Contributions Giving Program, as well as an additional $5.8 million directed to the Northrop Grumman Foundation to support K-12 and post-secondary education activities.
Northrop Grumman also worked toward improving sustainability internally and externally by creating three teams to evaluate and advance the company’s environmental performance.
