Earl Adams, Jr. has joined DLA Piper in the Litigation and Government Affairs practices as Of Counsel in the Baltimore office. Adams most recently served as Chief of Staff in the Office of Lieutenant Governor of Maryland Anthony G. KCI appointed Senior Vice Presidents Charles A. Phillips Jr., RPLS and Thomas G. Sprehe, PE, BCEE, to its board of directors to serve as rotating members for a one-year term.
