The Small Business of the Year Awards Luncheon will be held June 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Westin BWI Airport Hotel. In addition tot he awards program, Dick Cass, President of the Baltimore Ravens, will be the keynote speaker. He will discuss how the challenges of running an NFL franchise are similar to those of running a successful small business.
